If this is a Development Course for future semesters, once you are ready for the course to be changed for the correct semester, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking that the course be changed and include the correct section numbers for the term the course will be used in. The title of the course will be changed to the normal course naming convention which is ABC1234: 1821, Summer 2013 and the section numbers will be verified and then added to the course. You will receive an email once the change has been made.

If you are sending an attachment to respond to the student’s email in e-Learning from your email client (such as outlook)?, this attachment will be stripped from the email once it enters e-Learning due to the security reason by Instructure Canvas. Simply creating a course and putting a price on it is never enough for starting an online business selling courses. You need visibility and to convince anyone who comes across your site that your course can help them. There is no hard science to this process. Marketing and selling is a bit of an art, but that isn’t a bad thing. It actually means that you have a lot of leeway in how you go about building an audience for your offerings.
Whatever you’ve got your sights set on, that’s merely the beginning. As a Gator you’ll learn to see beyond the horizon. We measure success not in individual achievement, but where you go from there. Because when reaching your goals is just the starting point, there’s no end to what Gators can accomplish.

Please make every effort to provide your section number(s). While we can create a course shell without a section number, it will have to be associated with a section number at some point if there are going to be students enrolled in the course. If you do not have a section number, use 9999 for the section number until you find it. Then you will have to fill out the request form again to have the section associated with your course.
The most recent update to eLearning has introduced a bug which can potentially display incorrect due dates in the Daily Notification email update students receive nightly, as well as in the “To Do” and “What’s… More New” modules in the My eLearning tab.
