For example, you have a quiz that you want worth 50 points.  You want to give your students a bonus question that will be graded automatically by canvas and is worth 2 points.  You add that bonus quiz question.  Now the quiz is worth 52 points.  When all the students have taken the quiz, edit the quiz again and set the bonus question to 0 points.  Now the quiz will be worth 50 points and any bonus points earned are still calculated (in effect a student could make 52 out of 50 on the quiz). 

Blackboard (the name of the software that UTD calls eLearning) does not have this ability. No webpage could. It would violate privacy controls built into every modern web browser. But more importantly, it would encroach on Google’s revenue, whose empire is built on exclusive access to your private information.

The course announcements are done through emails. The UF e-learning provides instructions on how to copy on emails and announcements. The students can messaged from their gradebook. Students may feel uncomfortable receiving an email with that subject line. The messages are sent to the students individually.

This research aims to measure the impact of some initiatives within human resources on an organization, market leader within pharmaceutical field, namely measuring the efficiency of business education programs concerning human resources through e-learning. Under these circumstances, the carried-out research aims to put into practice the theoretical frame of ROI (Return on Investment) methodology of evaluating the business education programs concerning human resources in five stages, suggested by J. J. Phillips. The research validates theoretical data of the surveyed model and it is based on the analysis of the data gathering process within the ROI Methodology. This work shows only aspects related to the measuring of the participants` reaction towards the e-learning business education program, respectively.
