A common eLearning question is “Where did the course menu go?” also sometimes asked as “I don’t see any content in the course.” A “feature” of Blackboard 9.1 is that it is responsive to your screen size and so will automatically hide the course menu if you don’t have enough room on the screen. Unfortunately this means that you have to unhide it each time you want to get to the left-hand menu.
Some courses may not have an eLearning component. Instructors often use eLearning as a teaching tool, but others may not need it for their particular section. For face-to-face classes, this may be the case. Please check with your instructor and syllabus to ensure the course should have an eLearning component.
What are some cool and unique ways eLearning has accomplished this? A learner can engage in eLearning via computer, mobile device, virtual reality, or even augmented reality. I am intrigued to see what else games can be applied to in the world of eLearning.

Smart learning is a component of the smart city concept.

In order to access library resources from off campus, you’ll need to be sure you are logged in using your Argonet username and password (the same one you use for eLearning and your UWF email). You can double check to see if you are logged in by looking at the Access tab on the Libraries homepage.
The instructor may not have activated your course in eLearning. To check the status of your course, access the My Classes app in MyUWF. Then, click the “Details” button next to the course you would like to check. If the course has not yet been activated, the course will show “Not an eLearning course”:

The new information and communication technologies speed up the rate of change and increase the need of education that is subject to a higher information flow. The achievements of information technology, along with changes within society, determine the creation of new paradigms for business education and training. Under these circumstances, e-learning has become one of the main educational forms of human resources in business. This research aims to measure the impact of some initiatives within human resources on an organization, market leader within pharmaceutical field, namely measuring the efficiency of business education programs concerning human resources through e-learning. Under these circumstances, the carried-out research aims to put into practice the theoretical frame of ROI (Return on Investment) methodology of evaluating the business education programs concerning human resources in five stages, suggested by J. J. Phillips. The research validates theoretical data of the surveyed model and it is based on the analysis of the data gathering process within the ROI Methodology. This work shows only aspects related to the measuring of the participants’ reaction towards the e-learning business education program, respectively.
