Abstract: The capability of organizations to accumulate and apply new knowledge is a key factor in order to achieve the new competitive standards. A continuous changing diversity, to which the need of adaptation to the changes of external environment is added, speeds up the rate of development and business education. The new information and communication technologies speed up the rate of change and increase the need of education that is subject to a higher information flow. The achievements of information technology, along with changes within society, determine the creation of new paradigms for business education and training. Under these circumstances, e-learning has become one of the main educational forms of human resources in business. This research aims to measure the impact of some initiatives within human resources on an organization, market leader within pharmaceutical field, namely measuring the efficiency of business education programs concerning human resources through e-learning. Under these circumstances, the carried-out research aims to put into practice the theoretical frame of ROI (Return on Investment) methodology of evaluating the business education programs concerning human resources in five stages, suggested by J. J. Phillips. The research validates theoretical data of the surveyed model and it is based on the analysis of the data gathering process within the ROI Methodology. This work shows only aspects related to the measuring of the participants` reaction towards the e-learning business education program, respectively.

When I tried looking for more info online it says nothing about Elearning’s ability to track all your web activity, from what info I’ve found online they are only able to track data from what you’re doing in Elearning. So from what I gather I don’t know how true it is.

Educational content, pervasively embedded in objects, is all around the learner, who may not even be conscious of the learning process: students may not have to do anything in order to learn, they just have to be there.[17] The combination of adaptive learning, using an individualized interface and materials, which accommodate to an individual, who thus receives personally differentiated instruction, with ubiquitous access to digital resources and learning opportunities in a range of places and at various times, has been termed smart learning.[18][19][20] Smart learning is a component of the smart city concept.[21][22]

Even if the system creates the rosters automatically you will not receive an email letting you know that the roster has been created until the LSS Staff member manually sends the email. This happens only during regular business hours.

  1. Online education may appear to be a promising alternative for students with physical and sensory disabilities because they get to work at their own pace and in their own home. However, not all online programs are equal when it comes to their resources for students with disabilities. Students with disabilities who wish to enroll in online education must either be able to advocate for themselves and their own rights or have a person who is willing to advocate for them. The American with Disabilities Act states that online programs must provide appropriate accommodations for students with disabilities, but has not specifically defined what that means. “Once students with disabilities are accepted into an online program, they should prepare to be direct and open about what they need to succeed, experts say” (Haynie).[138]

    When importing a CSV file into the e-Learning course gradebook, if the words ‘Current Score,’ ‘Current Points,’ ‘Final Score,’ or ‘Final Grade’ are part of the assignment name, the CSV file will not upload, and you will get an error message that no changes were made in the gradebook. To work around this limitation, please avoid using those words either by themselves or in combination with other words (i.e. Exam 1 Final Grade), or if you must use them, make them lower case (i.e. Exam 1 final grade).
