The only software that I am aware of that UTD uses that is even remotely “monitoring” is the LockDown Web Browser which students have to use when they’re taking an online quiz at the Testing Center. But it is mostly just an enforced whitelist. Other software is in use too such as TurnItIn (used to check for plagiarism).

The system will create the course under this person and will also notify us that you made the request for the Instructor and you will be added as a Facilitator. You will be added to the course manually by us so you will not have access until this is done, but the Instructor will have access immediately once the course is created and they can add you at that time.
