Under these circumstances, the carried-out research aims to put into practice the theoretical frame of ROI (Return on Investment) methodology of evaluating the business education programs concerning human resources in five stages, suggested by J. J. Phillips. The research validates theoretical data of the surveyed model and it is based on the analysis of the data gathering process within the ROI Methodology. This work shows only aspects related to the measuring of the participants` reaction towards the e-learning business education program, respectively.

Online education may appear to be a promising alternative for students with physical and sensory disabilities because they get to work at their own pace and in their own home. However, not all online programs are equal when it comes to their resources for students with disabilities. Students with disabilities who wish to enroll in online education must either be able to advocate for themselves and their own rights or have a person who is willing to advocate for them. The American with Disabilities Act states that online programs must provide appropriate accommodations for students with disabilities, but has not defined what that means. “Once students with disabilities are accepted into an online program, they should prepare to be direct and open about what they need to succeed, experts say” (Haynie).[138]

Some have noted that current e-learning models are moving towards applying a constructivism learning theory[131] that emphasizes a learner-centered environment[132] and postulates that everyone has the ability to construct their own knowledge and meaning through a process of problem solving and discovery.[133] However, some principles of constructivism may not be appropriate for ADHD learners; these principles include active learning, self-monitoring, motivation, and strong focus.[131]

You know that people learn in many different ways and at different times. To support these different learning needs, you will need different e-learning delivery methods. Additionally, you will need a way to develop and manage e-learning.

  1. Companies are spending more and more every year on training and development. However, dissatisfaction with learning management systems is widespread. The leading cause of dissatisfaction with LMS systems, according to a survey conducted by the Brandon Hall Group¹ is poor LMS reporting functionality. LMS LMS Reporting LMS Features
    Canvas does consider these requests.  They install an update every three weeks, with many of the changes being ideas from the Feature Requests and the Canvas Community, but there are no guarantees regarding which features Canvas will implement or when. 
    Summer 2018 Courses – Summer courses are now available to instructors in eLearning.  Students will be loaded one month prior to the semester start.  Summer courses, however, will not become visible to students until the first day of class (May 21st).
