eLearning tech codes must be set before sections can be linked. Sections can be linked until the end of the semester. If necessary, instructors can unlink sections until the first day of class for the course term (A, B, C); after that date, instructors must contact the ITS Help Desk in order to unlink sections.

Both options adapt beautifully to the modern classroom , which strives for adaptability, flexibility, and accessibility. At face-value, though, the connection between this EdTech option and this design model seems ambiguous at best. As training professionals, we do our best to keep up with current trends in the field. Using online resources such as Khan Academy or TED Talks can help students spend more time on specific aspects of what they may be learning in school, but at home. Schools like MIT have made certain course materials free online.[152] Although some aspects of a classroom setting are missed by using these resources, they are helpful tools to add additional support to the educational system. Under these circumstances, the carried-out research aims to put into practice the theoretical frame of ROI (Return on Investment) methodology of evaluating the business education programs concerning human resources in five stages, suggested by J. J. Phillips. The research validates theoretical data of the surveyed model and it is based on the analysis of the data gathering process within the ROI Methodology. This work shows only aspects related to the measuring of the participants` reaction towards the e-learning business education program, respectively.
